I believe that every great meal begins with a handful of soil and a little bit of sunshine. My journey didn’t start with a massive farm or a culinary degree. It started with a small gift and a big challenge. A stranger once handed me a simple thyme plant and said four words that changed my life: “Grow your own food.” That one herb was the spark. Watching that plant thrive—and eventually seasoning my first home-cooked meal with it—opened my eyes to the magic of the harvest.
